Shipping & Delivery

When an order is placed and paid, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order. Orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days, ie. Monday through Friday. Orders within Sweden are sent with DHL to the closest DHL Service Point. International orders are sent using Fedex. As Fedex usually delivers between 8-17, we recommend stating your place of work as shipping address.

Delivery times may vary and depend on destination.

Normal delivery times:
Sweden: 2 - 4 business days
Europe: 3 - 7 business days
International: 4 - 10 business days

All payments are handled over secure connections with our PSP. No credit card information is passed or handled on our servers. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If you for any reason would like to return or exchange a purchased item, please contact us through e-mail or telephone within 14 days from delivery. (http://www.konsumentverket.se/Lagar--regler/Lagar/Distans--och-hemforsaljningslagen/)

For a full refund excluding shipping charges, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of returns all shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there there has been some other mistake by our account.

We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

It is also possible to return web orders directly to our Stockholm store.

If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments are handled over secure connections with our PSP. No credit card information is passing or handled on our servers, but only our Payment Service Provider, ePay.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without further notice. The prices shown are the current prices. Prices include 25% VAT if you have the region set to "EU" as in European Union. If region is set to "Outside EU", prices are without VAT.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to VAT, Value added tax, and/or other taxes and fees. Uniforms for the Dedicated can not in any way control this or be held responsible or accountable for additional costs like this.
